Dutchess CountyNew Permit Applicant Process
Complete Full Application Register & Complete the NYS CCW Pistol Course When application is complete/ ready for submission, mail or bring to: Dutchess County Sheriff's Office; Pistol Permit Bureau 150 North Hamilton Street Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 Full Carry Upgrade Process
(1) Amendment Form Fill out amendment form + select "Pistol/ Revolver License; ADD: Carry Concealed" and drop off with $10.00 fee Mail/ Drop Off: Dutchess County Sheriff's Office; Pistol Permit Bureau 150 North Hamilton Street Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 Semi Auto Rifle License Permit
